Refund policy

At shccta, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry organizers. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a return or exchange under the following guidelines.

1. Return Window
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry box must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Return Conditions
To ensure a successful refund, please note:

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original box and protective foam/wrapping. Jewelry boxes are delicate; returns damaged due to improper repackaging may not be fully refunded.

Condition: The item must be free of scratches, glue residue, or signs of use.

3. Shipping & Delivery Deadlines
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping takes 8-18 business days.

Arrival Guarantee: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipment date, please contact us for a full refund or a complimentary replacement.

4. Damaged or Broken Items (Mirrors/Hinges)
Since many jewelry boxes contain mirrors or glass, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If the item arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@shccta.us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide photos of the damaged item and the shipping box to expedite your replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized/Engraved Boxes: Items with custom initials or names cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs for "change of mind" returns are the responsibility of the customer.
