Welcome to shccta. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Information & Accuracy
Handcrafted Nature: Many of our jewelry boxes are handcrafted. Minor variations in grain, color, and texture are characteristic of natural materials (such as wood or leather) and are not considered defects.

Display: We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

2. Order Acceptance & Pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price,

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery Deadlines
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Arrival Deadline: We aim for all domestic orders to arrive within 8-18 business days. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, it will be considered "Lost in Transit," and we will provide a full refund or a free replacement.

Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

4. Returns & Damaged Goods
Inspection upon Arrival: Because jewelry boxes can be fragile (mirrors, hinges, glass tops), please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

Damage Claims: If the item arrives damaged or broken, you must notify us at support@shccta.us within 48 hours with photo evidence to qualify for a free replacement.

Change of Mind: Returns for non-damaged items are accepted within 30 days, provided the box is in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Care & Liability
Proper Use:shccta is not responsible for damage caused by improper care (e.g., exposure to extreme humidity, direct sunlight, or harsh cleaning chemicals).

Internal Storage: While our boxes are designed for protection, we are not liable for the loss or damage of the jewelry stored inside the boxes.

6. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of shccta and protected by international copyright laws.
