4. Arrival Deadline & Late DeliveriesWe guarantee that your order will arrive within 8-18 days of the shipment date.If your package hasn't arrived by this deadline, please contact us at support@shccta.us.We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is deemed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement immediately.
5. Shipment Confirmation & TrackingYou will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Damages & Issues Upon ArrivalJewelry boxes are delicate. If your item arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass, torn leather, or malfunctioning hinges):Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods.Take photos of the damage and the shipping box.Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return and a priority replacement at no cost to you.
